At Hand Held Kitchen, we provide high quality service and sandwiches to all of our patrons. In addition to baking our own bread, keeping our own bees for honey, and making our own pickles, we strive to source locally from small farms of the Hudson Valley and the greater Tri-state area to create a sustainable and seasonal menu. Not only are we motivated by the ability to share this abundance of local and fresh foods available to us, but also the opportunity to give back to these farms and businesses that support our community. We want to share our appreciation through our food, made from scratch, for you.

about us.jpg

After graduating from college in the middle of 2020, a very uncertain year for us all, we decided that there was no better time to pursue our passions and open a food truck. We choose to serve sandwiches because there’s an option for everybody. More importantly it gives us an opportunity to showcase the local ingredients of our community. With Nate’s experience in restaurants over the years and Charlie’s baking expertise we are able to create a fresh and home-style sandwich that you can’t find anywhere else.
